BIGHIT MUSIC does not accept cancellations on the day of the concert should you have a change of mind due to the rain, so please keep this in mind when you make your reservation. Unless there is a special reason, any changes to the concert due to circumstances, including rain, will be announced on the morning of the concert day. In the event of rain, this outdoor concert will continue as scheduled. 
Please avoid dangerous activities such as running around the venue area in groups.To ensure audience safety and order on the day of the event, any unauthorized personal events (i.e distributing goods, performance, etc) are prohibited near the venue.If discovered, you may be held legally liable. Any illegal sale of goods around the event venue on the day of the event is prohibited.In order for COVID-19 prevention, please avoid visiting the event venue if you have not reserved a ticket.Please keep all valuables on your person you are solely responsible for any theft or loss of items.Belongings must be claimed within 2 hours of concert ending.Availability: From 6 hours before until 30 minutes after concert starts.Lockers are limited, so please arrive early if you plan to use them. You may store your personal belongings in the lockers outside before entering for a fee.Guests must stay within their zone and are not permitted to move to other areas of the concert venue.Please arrive on time as you will be asked to enter last if you miss the start of the entry procedure. Guests will enter in order of the number shown on their ticket. Please make sure you are in your reserved seat when you enter. Guests are not permitted to sit in any seat other than the seat shown on their ticket. Please follow all posted signs and any guidance provided by the concert staff. Once the concert begins, you can re-enter the venue only if you present your ticket, wristband, and id.
If any activities above are discovered (including the use of your mobile phone), you will be acted to leave the venue after erasing all recordings. All devices, capable of taking video or audio recordings, with the exception of your mobile phone, are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue.
